Q. What would you like every person in the world to know? And what you like every person in the world to have?
A. To know everything that is on my website and all my notes.
(Answer to both questions).
Q. What do you do to get ideas and inspiration in your own life?
A. I'll tell you. I've got some answers for you. I watch uplifting movies. Phenomenon, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Superman I, Coneheads, Field of Dreams, Arthur and the Invisibles, the Santa Clause movies. Also, I like to listen to good music. I listen to Delilah every night, between 6 and 11 pm. And every day I go to Coasttocoastam.com and I click on the daily guests, I look at those a bit, and add them to my bookmarks. Madonna is the most important singer and song-writer I've ever known; she's in the studio now making more music.
Q. How do you get inspiration for your own music?
A. I have connected with David Sereda and JJ Hertek, one of the most influential teachers of all time, he expounds the scriptures. I like to listen to the Krishna radio station in Spanish Fork. The last month I've written 7 or 8 new songs. I filled my mind up with so many beautiful thoughts from all these places. My friend Spencer Robison plays his guitar across the city, a mile away, I connect him to my speaker in my house. He plays his guitar and the lyrics come into my mind.
